This policy outlines the British Life RP's restoration policy, which aims to set clear expectations for returning members of our community who held a role for which they have applied. This document applies to members who have applied for roles, such as in-game jobs or server staff positions.

 

If you have been banned from our community, this policy cannot be used to restore the roles you previously held. This can only be used if you have resigned from your position or you have been removed from your role due to inactivity.

 

Eligability

You may be eligible for consideration for restoration to your previously held roles; however, the following conditions must be met:

• The role is still available. If not, you may be offered a similar role.

• You haven't previously resigned from the same position or been removed from the same position in the last 6 months.

• You have not been banned previously.

• You haven't been out of your role for more than 14 days before using this policy.

• Any mandatory training required for that role must be completed again.

 

This policy isn't a guarantee that your roles will be restored if you previously left them, especially if you publicly announced on Discord that you are stepping down and provided a reason. If you have stepped down from a role such as staff or department management, it is likely that your role has already been filled, so restoration may not be possible or offered; however, exceptions can be made with management's approval.

Important Notices:

We reserve the right to deny any restoration requests if the requestee's return to that position is deemed not to be in the best interests of our community. All requests are overseen by management and will be mutually agreed on unless otherwise stated.
